Men and women make up our society. Men were once thought to be the family's most important members. They were the family's decision-makers and were in charge of making a living. Women, on the other hand, were in charge of household and child rearing. As a result, the roles were primarily determined by gender and were not involved in any decision-making. Women's difficulties are either focused on their reproductive role and their bodies, or on their economic role as a worker. However, none of them is centered on women's empowerment.

Gender equality has been one of the huge factors of our society. Women in today's generation have the right to a decent living, unlike before. Women empowerment served to be a critical tool for development. Empowered women make a difference in various fields, which greatly contributes to the community.

Women's empowerment is a component of encouraging women to feel powerful by informing them that they can accomplish everything they set their minds to. Women can work outside the home and have the freedom to make their own decisions. Women are not reliant on men for their survival. They can support their families by working to the best of their skills.

Women are now obtaining high-level positions in the same way that males do. Some women are promoted to roles such as president, leader, commune chief, and other high-ranking posts. Empowerment aids in the reduction of domestic violence by encouraging people to cherish and promote women. Women are not abused in any way, including sexual, emotional, or physical abuse.

Women, regardless of gender, must be given equal chances in all fields. Furthermore, they must be paid equally. By banning child marriage, we can empower women. Various programs should be held where kids can learn how to fend for themselves in the event of a financial emergency. Also, the stigma associated with divorce and abuse must be dispelled. Because they are afraid of society, many women stay in violent marriages. End Violence Against Women and Children, now.
